10. Documents and Drawings
With this module, FlowOpt offers the possibility to link documents, drawings and all kinds of information to the important elements in the application. Certain information such as drawings, work instructions or videos can be automatically transferred to job tickets, so that they can also be displayed when the production is carried out.

These information elements can be included in products, order rules, planning products, process maps, job tickets and cells. It can be all kinds of documents or texts such as drawings, work instructions, quality standards and tests, CNC programs, instruction videos, etc., in short everything necessary for the preparation or execution of the production process.

The copying on the job tickets is done during the planning of the order, from the sales order line, the product information or the process map.
Information elements can be added to the job tickets at any time. Most common is during work preparation, but even if the job is already in production, documents such as quality documents can still be added to the job.

With FlowOpt you can record texts and documents at different levels that will be automatically copied to the relevant Job Tickets, so that they can be shown to the operator during the production process.

Texts and Documents can be linked to ERP products and ERP product Text Blocks. They can also be recorded at Planning Product and Process Map level.

Texts and Documents are automatically linked to Sales Orders and Job Tickets. These can also be expanded or modified if necessary. When Job Tickets are generated from a Sales Order, the Texts and Documents recorded therein will also be transferred to the Job Ticket.

All Texts and Documents serve to guide the production process. The operator can therefore consult and possibly expand them from the Job in the Digital Polca functionality.
